Boy Who Sees Without Eyes

There are times when I come across stories of people who are exceptional.  I am going to start logging such stories.

These are stories/people who are amazing, exceptional, or above the norm.  Perhaps they give evidence of the miraculous, the supernatural, or a developmental jump.  Here is one such boy that I heard of years ago, and have wondered about since.

I am curious to know what people think about a boy named Ben who can see via "clicks".
